THE GADGETS PSYOP SOLDIERS USE IN THE FIELD
PSYOP Soldiers must often communicate critical messages to allies, foreign adversaries and citizens during disaster or combat situations. To do this, Soldiers use the most advanced technology and methods of dissemination available.
FLY AWAY BROADCAST SYSTEM
The Fly Away Broadcast System is a vehicle-mounted or stationary device that PSYOP Soldiers use to disseminate radio messages in the field. The system can also be used to strategically block enemy communications, and provide a tactical advantage during combat.
NEXT GENERATION LOUDSPEAKER SYSTEM
The Next Generation Loudspeaker System is a portable or vehicle-mounted loudspeaker capable of disseminating high quality recorded audio over large distances. These speakers are useful during disaster relief situations, when rescue workers often need to relay critical information to the populace.
RADIO IN A BOX
Like its name suggests, the Radio in a Box is a small, portable two-way communication system that can be supplied to isolated areas during combat or disaster relief situations. This device allows its users to send and receive critical information in desperate situations.
LEAFLETS
When more high-tech methods and devices are unavailable, often the most effective means of communication is a simple leaflet. These can be distributed person-to-person among a populace, or even dropped in large quantities from a cargo aircraft.
VIDEO AND AUDIO PRODUCTION CENTERS
PSYOP Soldiers use the latest video and sound technology available to produce mission-critical messages to regional and national populations. These technologies include video editing software, high tech cameras, and state of the art recording studios.
