Hi, I'm Staff Sergeant Raquel Orozco I'm a drill sergeant here at Fort Leonard Wood. I'll be answering a question from Alexis from Key Largo, Florida; question is; "What would you suggest to a person who's not physically fit to do to get in shape before they go into the basic training?"

Anything physical, go to the gym, run at the track, work sit-ups, push-ups, any exercise, just get started so that your able to control your breathing once you're here and we'll do the rest to help you out.
