I'm Private Evan Smith from Hamilton, New Jersey and I'm answering a question from Jerry from Marlton, New Jersey. Jerry asks; "What did it take for you to physically prepare yourself for upcoming challenges in the Army?"

I played sports so I was always physically active but the best way to get yourself in shape for the military, especially the Army, is to have good stamina, so run. Proper nutrition that's all it really takes. As long as you focus on your running and breath control while your running you'll be perfectly fine. And Stamina is key in the Army.
