Hi, I'm Private Shawn Kirkpatrick and Emilio from Lake Charles, Louisiana wants to know; "How far you run each day?"

To be honest with you it's different for each Soldier. You're gonna get a PT test determining what physical shape you're in; and then they are going to split you up into groups, a, b, and c, and every day you're going to run a little different.

Some days you'll run for a minute then walk for 30 seconds to get your physical training. So you don't hurt yourself, so you can become more physically fit and as it goes on through basic training you run a little more each day and it varies but its not that bad and you'll be alright.
