JHU is about 9 miles from JVC.  Go east on Green Spring Valley Road for about 2 miles to Falls Road.  Turn right onto Falls Road and continue south to highway 83 south.  Take I-83 South about 5.25 miles to Cold Springs Lane (exits 9A-9B).  Go left on Cold Springs Lane for about .75 miles.   As you crest the hill, get in the right lane and turn right onto Roland Avenue.   Continue for .1 miles and take the left as the road comes to a Y intersection.   Continue along University Parkway for another .75 miles.  As you cross a small bridge, move to the right lane and turn right onto San Martin Drive.  San Martin will bend to the left and then to the right.  At the bent to the right, look to your left for the ARMY sign on the Rappel tower.  The ROTC building is to the right of the tower.  Use caution for oncoming traffic as you cross the road, continue to the right of the ROTC building and try to park in front of the building.  Go to the second floor to obtain a visitor parking pass.
