As an Interpreter / Translator, you’ll be crucial to both government relations and tactical strategy by reading, interpreting, and translating a foreign language into English, and vice versa. You’ll prepare nontechnical translations into the target language and perform sight translations from a target audience into English.

Requirements
- Proficient in 1 or more target languages. Please ask your recruiter for information on languages.
- Some Interpreters / Translators will require English language training prior to Basic Training
- 10 weeks of Basic Training followed by Advanced Individual Training
- 50 ASVAB Score: English Comprehension Level Test (ECLT)
