The Cougar Battalion conducts physical training three times a week throughout the semester beginning at 6:30AM. All physical fitness workouts are aimed toward keeping cadets in good physical and mental conditioning. An assessment of the results of the PT is measured at the beginning and end of each semester with the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT).
