Hi, I'm Private Craig Miller from Jacksonville, Florida and Amy from Durham, North Carolina wants to know; "How much contact do family members have while in basic training?"
Family members don't usually get that much contact with you. They're allowed to write as many letters as they want, you can respond, it just takes about as long as it takes for the mail to get to you. You get your phone depending on your drill sergeant, probably once a month sometimes two, it really depend. Towards the end of the cycle though it usually plans out. You usually get to use it about once a week.
