Hi, I'm Private Kata Finau from Oahu, Hawaii and the question I'm answering is from Joseph from Brandon, Florida. "What type of workout should I do to prepare for basic training? How often should I do them?"

I think you should do like a two minute push-up, two minute sit-ups and a two mile run. You do it two workouts once a day, six days a week, and only Sunday you have a rest. Try to watch out what you're eating cause it's going to hurt you in the long run.
