Hi I'm Specialist Padilla, I'm from Hayward, California. I'm here to answer a question from Nico; she's from Abilene, Texas. Her question is; "What kind of conditioning should I do before boot camp so I will be able to keep up with the pace?"

So as for me, I was more into lifting weight and stuff. So I realized here that that helped me a little bit but I wish I'd focused more on push-ups, sit-ups cardio, definitely cardio. Endurance training - that's pretty much it, course lifting heavy weight and all that won't benefit you that much as compared to endurance training and keep your cardio up there.
