I'm Private Vanminsel, I'm from Rochester, Minnesota and I'm here at Fort Benning for basic training. The question is from Leonard from Upper Marlboro, Maryland; "I was just wondering if there are any tips you could give me at becoming better with PT?"

The thing with PT is, when I got here I could barely run a mile without wheezing and coughing, I could barely do 30 pushups. I'm a week away from graduation I can run 2 miles in under 13 minutes and I can do like 60 pushups. Don't stress about PT, they will build you up to it. As far as preparing for it, start with running now, run a little bit every day and do as many push-ups, sit-up as you can. Hope that answers your question.
