Hi I'm Private Ezron Manzanares from Los Angeles, California and I'm reading a question from Katty from Morehead City, North Carolina. Her question is; "What can I do to prepare myself for the physical parts of basic training?"

Well I could recommend is that you can start doing a lot of push-ups, a lot of sit-ups, walk a lot more and start running at least one to two miles a day.
