I'm Private Ashley Liberatore from Cleveland, Ohio and Alexis from Key Largo, Florida wands to know; "What would you suggest for a person that is not physically fit to do to get into shape before they go into basic training?"

I recommend working on your running, sit-ups and push-up because that's all you need to pass you're APFT. You have two-minutes to do as many push-up, sit-up as you can, and you have to run your two-miles in a select amount of time based on your age.
