My name is Private First Class George Welch from Glenville, New York. Cyrus from Fort Wingate, New Mexico asks; "If I'm 26, can I still enlist in the Army and how physically fit do I need to be?"

Well, to enlist you can be 26, that's not an issue. You can be all the way up to 40 to enlist. To be physically fit you have to be able to run a one-mile run in around eight minute and 30 seconds and you have to be able to do around 30 push-ups in a minute and 30 sit-ups in a minute.
