Hi, my name is Private Cheng from Portland, Oregon. Jacob from Grants Pass, Oregon asks; "Do you have any advice for getting into shape?"

There's a PT test that consists of two-minutes of push-ups, two-minutes of sit-ups, and a two-mile run. My advice is that you do all those exercises every night and if you do that every night you'll probably be fine in basic.
