    Available Incentives for Qualifying Specialties:

  • Active Duty Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (ADHPLRP)
    • Up to $120,000, paid across three years max., to help repay loans
  • Health Professions Loan Repayment Program (HPLRP)
    • Up to $50,000, paid across three years max., to help Army Reserve officers repay education loans
  • Annual $45,000 grant to eligible medical professionals working to complete an accredited residency

To join the Army Medical Service Corps, you must meet the following requirements.

  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Be between the ages of 21 and 42 years
  • Have earned a qualifying degree
  • Be licensed to practice in the United States (if license is required)
