Physical Training

Cadets participate in vigorous physical training at a minimum of twice a week and take great pride in the battalion’s high reputation for physical fitness.

In 2005, the Rolling Thunder Battalion received The Order of the Founders and Patriots of America Award as the number one ROTC program in the country out of 272 schools.  The Rolling Thunder Battalion (RTB) is made up of Wheaton College, Olivet Nazarene University, Lewis University, North Central College, Aurora University, and Benedictine University. These schools cooperate with the Army to commission competent, confident, and caring junior leaders for the United States Army. It is committed to providing our nation with leaders who take seriously their responsibilities to serve their country and their God honorably.  The RTB has consistently commissioned officers in quality andquantity exceeding the standards given by Cadet Command. Do you have what it takes to join us and continue this tradition of excellence?
