Cadet David Mooney

Cadet Battalion Commander

Overall responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Cadet battalion staff to ensure mission accomplishment in all areas of training, social occasions, and recruiting.  Is the Cadet corps’ direct link to the Professor of Military Science (PMS). Meets with the PMS on a weekly basis.  Responsible for ensuring Cadet Command standards are equally enforced within the Cadet corps.  Evaluates MS IIIs as required.

Cadet Rrachel Egbert

Battalion Executive Officer

Responsible for coordinating and tracking Cadet battalion staff actions to include attendance, Dining-In, Military Ball, Commissioning, etc.  Evaluates MS IIIs as required.

Responsible for tracking and publishing all cadet attendance at leadership labs, PT and FTXs.  Briefs attendance at the weekly staff meetings and provides a written copies to commander.  Tracks and files all cadet excuses for PT, labs, and FTXs.  Works with the cadet XO for coordinating the Military Ball, Dining-In, Commissioning, etc.  Evaluates MS IIIs as required.

Cadet Philip Braaksma

 Responsible for leadership opportunity matrix and reviewing/correcting blue cards.  Ensures that all blue cards are turned in on time and are correct. Perform any other duties as needed.  Evaluates MS IIIs as required.

Cadet Justin Backscheider

Responsible for planning and executing all training to include writing operations orders.

Cadet Jacob Bell

S-4

Responsible for providing/coordinating the necessary resources for all training events and socials.  Evaluates MS IIIs as required.  Perform any other duties as needed.

Cadet Richard Pickren

S-5

Responsible for recruiting new cadets into the program, writing articles for the Dayton and UD newspaper, taking pictures of all training events and socials, and sending in Hometown News Releases on cadets.  Evaluates MS IIIs as required.  Perform any other duties as needed.
