Major Jason C. Christenson graduated as a Distinguished Military Graduate from the University of South Dakota with a degree in Allied Health and was commissioned as a Regular Army Quartermaster Officer in 2000. Major Christenson holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in human resource management from Touro College and a Masters of Public Administration with an emphasis in city management from Kansas State University. Additionally, he is a Bronze certified wrestling coach and is currently working towards his secondary social studies teaching certification.

Major Christenson's military education includes the Quartermaster Officer Basic Course, the Combined Logistics Captain's Career Course, Command and General Staff College (ILE), Petroleum Officer Course, Mortuary Affairs Officers Course, Defense Support to Civil Authorities (Homeland Security), Military History Instructor Course, Basic Marine Rifleman Course, and Airborne School.

Throughout his 19 years of military service, Major Christenson has served in a variety of leadership and staff positions. Before earning his commission in the United States Army, Major Christenson served four years as a basic rifleman in the United States Marine Corps where he earned the rank of Sergeant. Major Christenson's Army assignments include Maintenance Platoon Leader, 568th Engineer Company; Supply Platoon Leader / Company Executive Officer, 1st Maintenance Company; Battalion S1, 541st Maintenance Battalion, 937th Engineer Group, with a deployment from Fort Riley Kansas to Logistics Base Seitz (Baghdad, Iraq) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF); Support Operations Petroleum Officer, 49th Quartermaster Group, Fort Lee, Virginia with a deployment in support of Hurricane Katrina relief; Commander, 54th Quartermaster Company (Mortuary Affairs), 240th Quartermaster Battalion, Fort Lee Virginia with a deployment in support of OIF; Afghan Embedded Transition Team Chief, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division with a deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) RC-Capital division (Kabul, Afghanistan); Battalion Executive Officer, 541st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 1st Sustainment Brigade, Fort Riley, Kansas with a deployment to Kuwait in support of Operation New Dawn; Most recently, Major Christenson served as a Distribution and Sustainment Observer/Coach/Trainer for the U.S. Army Mission Command Training Program, US Army Combined Arms Center, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal (1 OLC); Meritorious Service Medal (3 OLC), Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal (1 OLC), Navy Achievement Medal, Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal (1 Bronze Service Star), Afghanistan Campaign Medal (1 Bronze Service Star); Iraqi Campaign Medal (1 Bronze Service Star); Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (Numeral 3), NATO Medal, Parachutist and Combat Action Badges and is a recipient of the Order of Saint Martin.

Major Christenson and his wife Manda have three children, Cadence (11), Raina (10) and Trevor (6). They currently reside in Basehor, Kansas.

MSG James P. Krause

MSG James P. Krause enlisted in the U.S. Army in July 1992. He is an Infantryman who has served in contingency and combat operations around the world, from Egypt, to Kosovo, to Afghanistan. MSG Krause's previous duty positions range from First Sergeant to Automatic Rifleman. His assignments have taken him from Germany, to Fort Bragg, North Carolina, the Republic of South Korea, to Fort Jackson, South Carolina, Italy, and Fort Polk, Louisana.

MSG Krause participated in Operation Enduring Freedom VI (2005-2006) in Paktika Provence, Afghanistan where he served as an Operations Sergeant and Platoon Sergeant. He again deployed for combat operations as part of OEF VIII (2007-2008) where he served as the Reconnaissance Platoon Sergeant for an Airborne Infantry Brigade. As part of OEF XII (2013-2014 MSG Krause served as part of the Brigade Security Force Assist and Advisement Team for the Afghan National Army's 201st Corps.

MSG Krause's military education include: Ranger School, Patherfinder School, Airborne School, Jumpmaster School, Manuever Senior Leaders Course, Advanced Leaders Course, and Warrior Leaders Course, and Drill Sergeant School. MSG Krause is currently working on a Bachelors of Science (Crisis and Disaster Management) at UCM.

He is married to the former Jamee Henderson of Bay City, Michigan. He has two children daughter Klarisa and son Derrek.

CPT Mendel Corneille

CPT Mendel Corneille was born in Port-au-prince, Haiti raised in Miami, Florida and is the son of Maurice and Odette Corneille.

CPT Corneille attended Officer Candidate School in Fort Benning, Georgia and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Military Police Corps in 2009. Following completion of the Military Police Basic Officer Leader Course, he was assigned to the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Georgia where he served as the Military Police Platoon Leader followed by the Assistant Operations Officer for the Battalion. CPT Corneille deployed with the 4IBCT, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom/Enduring Freedom 10-11 where he conducted various key leader engagements with the Iraqi Police and Iraqi Army. In 2013, he attended the Military Police Captain's Career Course and was assigned to the 525th Military Police Battalion (I/R) in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. During his time with Joint Task Force Guantanamo, he served as the Camp 5 Officer in Charge conducting detention operations and Commander of the 189th Military Police Company (I/R) until its inactivation in 2014. CPT Corneille later served as Commander of HHC, 16th Military Police Brigade, Fort Bragg, NC from 2015-2016.

CPT Corneille graduated from The Florida State University in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Criminology/ Sociology. He received a Masters Degree from Webster University in Security and Business Management in 2013.

John Wolfmeyer has more than 15 years of distinguished recruiting experience for the U.S. military ranging from the University of Central Missouri Army ROTC to the Missouri Army National Guard to the U.S. Navy. Mr. Wolfmeyer has more than 34 years of military experience as well as more than 15 years of professional work experience in the private sector as a Project Manager across the U.S., Europe and South America.

John Wolfmeyer has been recognized multiple times by the U.S. Army National Guard, U.S. Navy and civilian employers as a top producer who is dedicated to the organization, nation and peers alike.

Provide administrative support to the department chair, faculty, staff, and cadets. As the sole University employee in the department, I serve as the advisor on all University matters to the department chair, military members, and Federal employees in the department. Plan, document, and monitor 2 fiscal year budgets. Provide financial guidance to the Chair and Faculty regarding the status of accounts and approval of expenses. Administer office budget policies and procedures. Serves as the department's sole point of contact for all University processes and procedures. In-process all new military and Federal members into the University. Coordinates all University support for the entire department, including automation, communications, facilities repairs/maintenance/upgrades. Plan and coordinate up to 3 commissioning ceremonies a year and a formal awards day. Process all accessions packets for commissioning cadets. Assist cadets with enrollment, admission, and application procedures, and responding to non-routine written and verbal inquires.
