“ ROTC provides excellent training in the skills necessary to become an officer. Throughout my four years in the ROTC program at Ship my confidence level improved, my physical condition improved, and my maturity level drastically improved. I went from acting like a teenager to acting like an adult. I became more responsible, learned time management, became more organized and learned the skills necessary to lead others. ”
