MSG Jorge Rodriguez

Senior Military Science Instructor

MSG Rodriguez was born in Rio Piedras, PR. and attended Central Texas College majoring in Business Management.  He enlisted in the Army in 1989 as a Cavalry Scout.

MSG Rodriguez has served in numerous positions throughout his military career including Dismounted Observer, Command Driver, Cavalry Fighting Vehicle Gunner, Squad Leader, Section Sergeant, Troop Bradley Master Gunner, Drill Sergeant, Post Modern Army Combatives Instructor, Platoon Sergeant, Observer/Controller/Trainer for Reserve and National Guardsmen, Troop First Sergeant, and Senior Military Science Instructor.


MSG Rodriguez is a graduate of the Combat Lifesaver Course, Air Assault Course, Warrior Leaders Course, Advance Leaders Course, Bradley Fighting Vehicle Master Gunner Course, Drill Sergeant School, Combatives Level 1 Course, Combatives Level 2 Course, Maneuver-Senior Leaders Course, Combatives Level 3 Course, Airborne Course, Pathfinder Course, Observer/Controller/Trainer Academy (Phase 1&2), Small Arms Master Gunner Course, Combatives Level 4 Course, Commander/ First Sergeant Course and the Pre Command Course.

MSG Rodriguez has deployed several times to various locations around the world and I a combat veteran of Operation Desert Shield &Desert Storm where he served as a dismounted observer for 3rd BDE Scout Platoon, 1st Infantry Division, a veteran of Operation Positive Force where he served as a command driver for the S-4 Section, 3rd Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom where he served as a Scout/Sniper Platoon Sergeant in Headquarters, Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 12th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, and a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom where he served as a Cavalry Troop First Sergeant with ATTACK! Troop, 7th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 4th Infantry Division.

  His awards include the Bronze Star, the Meritorious Service Medal with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster, the Army Commendation Medal with 6 Oak Leaf Clusters, The Army Achievement Medal with 10 Oak Leaf Clusters, the Army Good Conduct Medal with 1 Silver knot, the National Defense Service Medal with one Bronze Star, Korea Defense Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal with 2 Bronze stars, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Development Ribbon with numeral 3, Army Service Medal, Overseas Service Medal with numeral 3, Kuwait Liberation Medal (Saudi Arabia), Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kuwait), Combat Action Badge, Pathfinder Badge, Parachutist Badge, Air Assault Badge,  Driver Badge (wheel vehicle), German Schutzenschnur Badge, and the Order of Saint George Bronze Medallion.

LTC Ronald M. Large

Professor of Military Science

Lieutenant Colonel Ron Large is a United States Army Officer who hails from Columbus, Ohio. He graduated from Groveport Madison High School and Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the Army Reserve Officer Training Corps and was commissioned as an Active Duty Military Police Officer in 1994. Since that time, he has served in various leadership positions around the world.

LTC Large currently serves as the Professor of Military Science at Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio where he is responsible for the recruiting, training, retaining, and commissioning quality STEM, nurse, and generalist students in order to provide the United States Army competent new officers.

Prior to arriving at Central State University, LTC Large served as the Provost Marshal for the 7th Infantry Division “Bayonets” at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington. He has also served as the Executive Officer for the 42nd Military Police Brigade, Executive Officer for the 504th Military Police Battalion, and Operations Officer for both the 504th Military Police Battalion and 6th Military Police Group (Criminal Investigation Division) while at home station and deployed.

LTC Large’s deployments include; Operation Urgent Fury (2001), Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Operation Enduring Freedom (2003), Tel Aviv, Israel. Operation Iraqi Freedom (2004-2005), Baghdad Iraq. Operation Iraqi Freedom (2006), Baghdad, Iraq. Operation Iraqi Freedom (2008), Camp Bucca, Iraq. Operation Enduring Freedom (2010-2011), Kandahar, Afghanistan.

LTC Large has been awarded the Bronze Star with one oak leaf cluster, Meritorious Service Medal with two oak leaf clusters, the Joint Commendation Medal, the Army Commendation Medal with silver oak leaf cluster, the Army Achievement Medal, multiple campaign and service medals, master parachutist badge, and air assault badge.

LTC Large holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Franklin University and Master of Arts degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University. He is a graduate of the Army’s Command and General Staff College.

He resides in Bellbrook, Ohio with his wife, Stacie and son, Kyle.

CPT O'Sullivan Adams

Executive Officer / S-3 Operations Officer

CPT Adams enlisted into the U.S. Army on 09 July 1998 in Leesburg FL. He attended Basic Combat Training at B Company 1st Battalion 28th Infantry, Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. He then attended and graduated from 68W, Healthcare Specialist training at D Company 232nd Medical Battalion in Ft. Sam Houston TX.

CPT Adams has held a variety of duty positions to include Clinic Floor Sergeant, Clinic NCOIC, AIT Platoon Sergeant, Platoon Leader, and Executive Officer. As a Senior Line Medic he deployed with the 25th Infantry Division in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

CPT Adam's units of assignment include 8th Engineer BN at Fort Hood TX, 1-21 IN BN at Schofield Barracks HI, U.S. Army MEDDAC at Fort Huachuca AZ, 232nd Medical BN at Fort Sam Houston, TX, 1-1 ADA BN at Kadena AB Japan.

CPT Adams has a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from Trident University.

CPT Adams currently resides in Beavercreek, OH with his wife Angela and children, Tyler and Leilani.
