![]() | Kelly RosenbergerProfessor of Military ScienceKelly Rosenberger is an infantry officer with the Indiana Army National Guard. He is assigned as professor of military science at Ball State. Rosenberger graduated Ball State with a bachelor of science in anthropology. In 2002, he graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a master of science in administration. Rosenberger is currently enrolled in the Army War College, pursuing a master’s in strategic studies. |

Black graduated from American Military University with a bachelor of arts in homeland security. He has held all infantry enlisted leadership positions from team leader to company first sergeant |

Collins attends American Military University, where he is pursuing a bachelor of arts in homeland security. He has held all infantry enlisted leadership positions from team leader to platoon sergeant. |
![]() | Michael GullettOn-Campus RecruiterMichael Gullett is an infantryman with the Indiana Army National Guard. He is assigned as the on-campus recruiter at Ball State and Indiana Wesleyan universities. He is responsible for teaching the military science class 101 and 201 at IWU. His duties also consist of enlisting any qualified individuals into the National Guard who would like to participate in the Reserve Officers Training Corps. |

Walton graduated from Ball State with a bachelor of arts in German. He has held infantry leadership positions from platoon leader to company commander. |
![]() | Andy MackAssistant Professor of Military ScienceAndy Mack enlisted in the Army as a 19D Cavalry Scout in 1989. He served with the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment on the East-West German border and deployed with it to Operation Desert Shield-Storm. Mack left the service to pursue a college education and joined the 2-137 Infantry of the Kansas Army National Guard. He received an active duty commission from the University of Kansas ROTC in 1999 and branched Armor as a branch-detail from the Ordnance Corps. He is currently a branch qualified Logistics Corps officer. |
![]() | Gena WyattHuman Resources AssistantGena Wyatt is a general service employee with the Department of the Army. She is assigned as the human resources assistant at Ball State ROTC. She was born and raised in Muncie. Wyatt graduated Indiana Wesleyan University with an associate in science in general studies. Wyatt joined the Army in June of 1994 and was assigned to the 5th Personnel Service Battalion, Fort Polk, Louisiana; 64th Replacement, Frankfurt, Germany; Headquarters Company, Walter Reed Army Medical Center; DiLorenzo TRICARE Health Clinic, Pentagon, Washington, DC; 63rd Signal Battalion, Fort Gordon, Georgia; National Science Center, Augusta, Georgia; USA Garrison, Fort Gordon, Georgia and Charlie Detachment, 55th Personnel Service Battalion, Giessen, Germany. Her military education includes Primary Leadership Development Course, Equal Opportunity Course, Understanding Employee Benefits, and Civilian Foundation Course, and she is enrolled in the Civilian Basic Course. |
![]() | Todd SkaggsSupply TechnicianTodd Skaggs is the supply technician with Ball State University ROTC. Skaggs graduated from Decatur Central High School 1987. He entered the Army in 1987 and retired from the Army 2011. He is currently working toward his degree. |
