Many universities and colleges in the country offer an Army ROTC curriculum. Search for colleges with ROTC programs and contact that school's Military Science department for more information on their particular program.

School Type : Large Public University
This school offers the following additional incentives to students taking Army ROTC:
- University provides over $5,000 in discretionary funds to award to cadets.
- In-state tuition for contracted cadets, Army National Guard and Army Reservists.
- Scholarship awards to Army ROTC cadets from the Arizona Airborne Association, Tempe Chamber of Commerce, United Services Automobile Association.
- Cadets may apply for additional university scholarships.
- Academic credit for all ROTC courses towards any major.
- ROTC physical training satisfies the university's physical education requirement.
- SMP opportunities with AZNG Aviation/Military Police and USAR Military Intelligence units.
- The Former Cadets Endowment Scholarship provides additional financial assistance.
- The Samaritan School of Nursing at Grand Canyon has a tremendous academic reputation and has earned a Partnership in Nursing Excellence agreement with the U.S. Army.

School Type : Mid-size State University
This school offers the following additional incentives to students taking Army ROTC:
- Army ROTC is an approved academic minor in Military Leadership
- Course incorporates classroom instruction, physical training 3 times a week, and hands on lab time to exercise what is learned
- Students can use existing scholarship in addition or in conjunctions with ROTC scholarship (Room in board or Tuition and Fees).
- Cadets may apply for additional university scholarships
- NAU provides a Leadership Tuition Grant for selected entering freshman cadets
- Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP) opportunities that provide financial assistance for college, a paying job at graduation, patriotism and unparalleled leadership training
- University credit and In-state tuition for prior service members and Army National Guard or Army Reservists
- Students can also take ROTC classes at Coconino Community College through the CCC to NAU program to complete lower division education requirements, allowing a seamless transfer to the Northern Arizona University
