  • LaCrosse: All members of the Wisconsin Army National Guard receive 100 percent tuition reimbursement and may be eligible for additional G.I. Bill benefits. At Viterbo University: Four-, three- and two-year scholarship winners receive annual award of $4,250 to offset room and board in campus-owned facilities. Three-year Advanced Designee scholarship winners receive annual award of $4,250 to offset room and board in campus-owned facilities, plus another $4,250 to offset freshman tuition.

This school offers the following additional incentives to students taking Army ROTC:
  • 4, 3, & 2 year scholarship opportunities are open to high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. Scholarships cover 100% of in-state or out-of-state tuition OR room and board ($5,000/semester), but not both, $600/semester for books and laboratory expenses, and a monthly tax free stipend ranging from $300-500/month while in school, once contracted.
  • Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP) opportunities with the Army Reserve and National Guard may include: 100% of tuition reimbursement, Federal Tuition Assistance, GI Bill, and GI Bill Kicker. All contracted SMP Cadets receive a monthly stipend ranging from $300-500/month. Guaranteed Reserve Forces Duty (GRFD) scholarships are available as well. This scholarship would guarantee that you serve in the ARNG or USAR once you graduate from college and can be used in conjunction with most of your educational benefits. Still in high school?   • There are training opportunities for contracted Cadets to attend Army training such as: Airborne, Air Assault, Ranger Challenge, German Armed Forces Badge for Military Proficiency, and Cadet Troop Leadership Training (military internship) in the continental US, Hawaii, Germany, or Korea. Contracted Cadets can also apply for overseas travel and language training through the Army’s Cultural Understanding and Proficiency program and the university’s Project Go program.

This school offers the following additional incentives to students taking Army ROTC:
  • The Wisconsin National Guard offers 100 percent tuition payment for students who serve in the National Guard. Ripon College: Four-year scholarship winners receive an additional Ripon College scholarship which covers the balance of tuition and provides on-campus housing and board. In addition, each Three-year Advanced Designee scholarship winner receives a $16,000 Ripon College tuition scholarship to cover the freshman year. Once the national Army ROTC scholarship benefits begin, each Three-year Advanced Designee receives an additional Ripon College scholarship which covers the balance of tuition. On-campus housing and board are provided all four years. Saint Norbert College: Each four-year scholarship winner receives free room and an additional amount equal to a percentage of tuition. Each three-year scholarship winner receives a one-year Saint Norbert scholarship of up to $12,800 to cover first year tuition, plus free room. In addition, each three-year scholarship winner receives free room during the sophomore through senior years; an additional scholarship amount worth a percentage of tuition; and a one-year college grant worth up to $12,800. Marian College: Each scholarship winner receives free room and board, along with 200 points that can be used for food and drink at the campus snack bar. University of Wisconsin-Green Bay: The Wisconsin National Guard offers 100 percent tuition payment for students who serve in the National Guard.

This school offers the following additional incentives to students taking Army ROTC:
  • Army Reserve and National Guard soldiers retain all of their education benefits. By joining ROTC, these soldiers receive an additional $350 Kicker to their GI Bill, a potential pay increase to their drill pay, and a monthly tax-free stipend of $350 to $500. Scholarships are available as well.
  • 4, 3, and 2 year scholarships are available which can pay either 100% tuition and fees or room and board with an additional $1,200/year for books, and a monthly tax-free stipend of $300 to $500 dependant on academic year in school.
  • Our leadership training can take you to locations in the continental US, Hawaii, Germany, or Korea. Adventure training available for contracted Cadets includes Airborne, Air Assault, Mountain Warfare, Northern Warfare, Ranger Challenge, Frozen Chosen, and Robin Sage.
