2018 U.S. Army All-American Bowl Player Bios

Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved only for the nation’s most exceptional high school football players. These young men join the ranks of gridiron greats including Odell Beckham Jr., Andrew Luck, Adrian Peterson, Christian McCaffrey, and hundreds of other college and NFL stars. They have earned their selection by displaying dedication, determination and teamwork, some of the same characteristics found in every Army Soldier both on and off the field.

Togiai is hard to block for more than a few seconds. He is very quick on his feet to get around blockers. Once Togiai makes his way into the backfield, there is no stopping him. He will either make the tackle himself or cause havoc and disrupt the play.
