2018 U.S. Army All-American Bowl Player Bios

Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved only for the nation’s most exceptional high school football players. These young men join the ranks of gridiron greats including Odell Beckham Jr., Andrew Luck, Adrian Peterson, Christian McCaffrey, and hundreds of other college and NFL stars. They have earned their selection by displaying dedication, determination and teamwork, some of the same characteristics found in every Army Soldier both on and off the field.

Perkins can burst off the line and get into the backfield as soon as the ball is snapped. When he jumps off the line, he goes with authority and just tries to bully around the offensive line. For his size, Perkins is able to contain his speed throughout the entire play.
