2018 U.S. Army All-American Bowl Player Bios

Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved only for the nation’s most exceptional high school football players. These young men join the ranks of gridiron greats including Odell Beckham Jr., Andrew Luck, Adrian Peterson, Christian McCaffrey, and hundreds of other college and NFL stars. They have earned their selection by displaying dedication, determination and teamwork, some of the same characteristics found in every Army Soldier both on and off the field.

Belk gets off the line very quickly and has naturally quick hands. For his size, Belk has great speed which makes him hard to contain on the line. He is hard to block due to the fact he can shed blocks very easily and can quickly close on the ball and make the tackle.
