Miami Central H.S. | Miami, Fla.

Cook is considered one of the best running backs in his class. Being the younger brother of now NFL running back Dalvin Cook, James has some big shoes to fill and he has done that quite nicely. Being effective in the passing game as well, he has great field vision and lets the game come to him. With the ball in his hands, Cook can fit through almost any hole and is great at making defenders miss.
