Army Reserve Soldiers are paid for their hard work. Like Active Duty, pay is based on rank and years of Army experience. As a Soldier with prior service, you will enter the Army Reserve with your current rank and years of experience. There are also a number of bonuses available exclusively to Army Reserve Soldiers.
Army Reserve Soldiers earn regular paychecks for Unit Training and Field Training Exercises.
Your wages will increase when you climb in rank and years of experience.
