Military Police aren't the only jobs in the 327th. When the Battalion needs to transmit information, Communications Specialists are needed. When they are mobilized, Transportation Specialists get involved. And when it's time to eat, the Food Specialists start cooking.

| 0700 | SIGN IN AND FORMATION This is the first order of business during Unit Training. After sign in, the Soldiers fall into formation and get their schedule for the weekend. |

| 0730 | PMCSMOTOR POOL PMCS stands for Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services. Keeping vehicles in good, working order is extremely important at the 327th. The vehicles are used for everything from picking up supplies to moving the entire Battalion. |

| 0800 | OCIEFIELD EQUIPMENT INSPECTION In extreme cases, properly functioning equipment can mean the difference between life and death. That's why it's critical to inventory and inspect all equipment during Unit Training. |

| 0900 | SET UP AND SERVICE FIELD KITCHEN Soldiers have to eat. A team from the 327th prepares meals for the Unit out of a mobile field kitchen, but before they do they make sure all the equipment is clean and in working order. |

| LUNCH Army Reserve Soldiers get an hour-long break for lunch. |

| 1300 | PROCESS PRISONER INTO CONFINEMENT FACILITY Although some Army Reserve training takes place in a classroom, it's not all books and note taking. As one Soldier tells us, classes can be very physical and demanding. |

| 1400 | CLASSROOMFINGERPRINT IMPRESSIONS One of the responsibilities of a Military Police or Corrections Officer is to process prisoners. Army Reserve Soldiers take classes during the weekend to learn how to do this. |

| 1500 | 100 PERCENT SENSITIVE ITEM INVENTORYWEAPONS Army Reserve Soldiers are trained to use a wide variety of weaponry. With an emphasis on safety and security, Soldiers inventory their weapons during training weekends. |

| 1700 | END FORMATIONDAY ONE The first day of the training weekend ends and the Army Reserve Soldiers are dismissed. Tomorrow is another big day because on top of the training scheduled, the 327th will take their semi-annual Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT). |
