HELP THE ARMY'S MOST VITAL ASSET: THE SOLDIER

Attending AIT at Adjutant General Corps School, you will learn how to support the Army by becoming an expert in personnel management. You will help Soldiers with the tasks that affect their overall welfare and well-being, while assisting Commanders by keeping Soldiers combat-ready.

The skills you will learn are very similar to what an office manager or a human resources professional in a corporation might learn.

Specifically, you will be trained in the Army systems and protocol for the following personnel areas:

  • Combat Readiness
  • Strength Reporting
  • Casualty Operations
  • Replacement Management
  • Information Management
  • Postal Operations
  • Morale, Welfare and Recreation Support
