First Sergeant Clarence McKaine

I've been in the Army 19 ½ years.

My name is First Sergeant Clarence McKaine, I'm stationed here are Fort Bliss, Texas. I will say that the biggest challenge of being a Soldier in the Army is the ever-changing environment. The greatest reward that I've seen is the adaptability of all Soldiers. To basically change with the environment and overcome whatever challenges that we face. I've been in the Army 19 ½ years. And I've seen a lot of changes both for the good and for the bad. But I'd say for the most part, it's all been for the best interest of the Soldiers.
