U.S. Army Soldiers possess a strength like no other, including Strength of Body and a commitment to physical fitness and health, forged by tough, realistic and rigorous training.

Visitors to the U.S. Army Strength in Action Zone, a fully interactive experience featured at various events across the county, see if they meet the physical fitness standards of the U.S. Army in a fun and challenging fitness element. They learn about Strength of Body in a series of fitness challenges, are electronically matched to an Army Strong Soldier to compare their results, and receive customized Army workouts on request to help them reach their fitness goals.
