Army Events

Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved for only the Nation’s most exceptional high school football players, as only the strongest wear the Army colors. As a U.S. Army All-American, these young men join the ranks of gridiron greats including Adrian Peterson, Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow, Andrew Luck, Marcus Lattimore, Robert Woods and many other college and NFL stars. These young Americans have earned their selection by displaying some of the very same characteristics found in every Army Strong Soldier, on and off the field.

Get the details on each of this year’s U.S. Army All-Americans and what strengths they’ll bring to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

Whitley has everything a coach wants from the linebacker position; he is a tough, resilient player, always knows where to be and is a solid tackler. He shows the ability to push blockers to the side and get after the ball carrier. He also has the strength to knock the ball loose at times. Whitley can not only make plays in between the tackles, but has the athleticism to cover sideline-to-sideline. He is a relentless, physical player who will certainly make an impact at the next level as he continues to develop his game.
