Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved for only the Nation’s most exceptional high school football players, as only the strongest wear the Army colors. As a U.S. Army All-American, these young men join the ranks of gridiron greats including Adrian Peterson, Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow, Andrew Luck, Marcus Lattimore, Robert Woods and many other college and NFL stars. These young Americans have earned their selection by displaying some of the very same characteristics found in every Army Strong Soldier, on and off the field.

Starks is a patient running back with great size and strength. He has a natural ability to find a hole, and despite not having homerun speed, he knows how to gain yards after contact. He is a consistent back who is resilient to tackles and can carry the load for three downs. Starks has the ability to bust the ball outside and make defenders miss. A defense’s nightmare, Starks also has good hands making him a threat in the passing game.
