Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved for only the Nation’s most exceptional high school football players, as only the strongest wear the Army colors. As a U.S. Army All-American, these young men join the ranks of gridiron greats including Adrian Peterson, Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow, Andrew Luck, Marcus Lattimore, Robert Woods and many other college and NFL stars. These young Americans have earned their selection by displaying some of the very same characteristics found in every Army Strong Soldier, on and off the field.

Barker is a quarterback with the height, bulk and decision making to make a throw from the pocket or while on the run. He has shown the ability to make the right decision under pressure, along with the skills to make an accurate pass when given time. Barker has the arm strength to throw the ball deep, as well as sideline to sideline. His swift footwork and excellent technique make him a solid player with consistent mechanics.
