Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved for only the Nation’s most exceptional high school football players, as only the strongest wear the Army colors. As a U.S. Army All-American, these young men join the ranks of gridiron greats including Adrian Peterson, Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow, Andrew Luck, Marcus Lattimore, Robert Woods and many other college and NFL stars. These young Americans have earned their selection by displaying some of the very same characteristics found in every Army Strong Soldier, on and off the field.

Humphreys is a big body with a combination of good playing strength and speed. Against the run he gets into the backfield quickly, while when pass rushing Humphreys can collapse the pocket. His solid foundation allows him to take on a double team, when necessary. He is a physical player who can lay the big hit when necessary. Versatility is one of his biggest assets, allowing him to play anywhere along the defensive line at the next level.
