Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved for only the Nation’s most exceptional high school football players, as only the strongest wear the Army colors. As a U.S. Army All-American, these young men join the ranks of gridiron greats including Adrian Peterson, Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow, Andrew Luck, Marcus Lattimore, Robert Woods and many other college and NFL stars. These young Americans have earned their selection by displaying some of the very same characteristics found in every Army Strong Soldier, on and off the field.

Hampton has above average anticipation skills and has the instincts to get an early break on ball. His positioning in excellent, which leads to many interceptions and broken up passes. While in run support, Hampton takes great angles on the ball carrier and can cover the entire field. He is a heavy hitter who wraps up his opponents and brings them to the ground on initial contact. His physicality and athleticism allow him to make plays at the line of scrimmage or in the secondary.
