All-American Bowl

Army Events

Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved for only the Nation’s most exceptional high school football players, as only the strongest wear the Army colors. As a U.S. Army All-American, these young men join the ranks of gridiron greats including Adrian Peterson, Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow, Andrew Luck, Marcus Lattimore, Robert Woods and many other college and NFL stars. These young Americans have earned their selection by displaying some of the very same characteristics found in every Army Strong Soldier, on and off the field.

Get the details on each of this year’s U.S. Army All-Americans and what strengths they’ll bring to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

Ruffin is the complete package, a dominating force on both sides of the ball. He thrives as a cornerback and safety on the defensive side of the ball and is a threat with the ball in his hands as a wide receiver or tight end when playing offense. Ruffin’s length, tackling ability, athleticism and knowledge of the game allow him to dominate the defensive side of the ball. He also has the skills to break up passes, make the big interception and wrap up the ball carrier.
