All-American Bowl

Army Events

Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved for only the Nation’s most exceptional high school football players, as only the strongest wear the Army colors. As a U.S. Army All-American, these young men join the ranks of gridiron greats including Adrian Peterson, Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow, Andrew Luck, Marcus Lattimore, Robert Woods and many other college and NFL stars. These young Americans have earned their selection by displaying some of the very same characteristics found in every Army Strong Soldier, on and off the field.

Get the details on each of this year’s U.S. Army All-Americans and what strengths they’ll bring to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

Defensive Line
350 pounds
John Hardin High School | Elizabethtown, KY

Elam is extremely quick off the line, often getting into the back field as soon as the ball is snapped. He has the strength to push back offensive linemen with ease, allowing him to get after the quarterback in a flash. He has power to clog the middle of the line, but also has the skills get outside and make a tackle. Elam has the size and strength advantage over his opponents and knows how to use it.
