All-American Bowl

Army Events

Being selected to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an honor reserved for only the Nation’s most exceptional high school football players, as only the strongest wear the Army colors. As a U.S. Army All-American, these young men join the ranks of gridiron greats including Adrian Peterson, Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow, Andrew Luck, Marcus Lattimore, Robert Woods and many other college and NFL stars. These young Americans have earned their selection by displaying some of the very same characteristics found in every Army Strong Soldier, on and off the field.

Get the details on each of this year’s U.S. Army All-Americans and what strengths they’ll bring to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

A threat on both sides of the ball, Holmes can line up on the defensive line, receiver or tight end. When on the line, he shows great versatility and a knack to get after the quarterback. He generates a good initial push, using his long arms to swim past the offensive linemen to get to the quarterback or ball carrier. As he continues to fill out his frame, he has the potential to turn into a dominant force.
