Now in its sixth year, the U.S. Army All-American Marching Band returns to perform during halftime of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. The U.S. Army All-American Marching Band features 125 of the finest high school senior marching musicians and color guard members from across the country.

The U.S. Army All-American Marching Band recognizes the Nation's leading high school band members. These young men and women demonstrate the U.S. Army core values of Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honesty, Integrity and Personal Courage in their everyday lives. Like the U.S. Army All-American football players, the national selection of All-American band members is based on a broad range of attributes that go beyond performance and include qualities such as academic achievement, leadership abilities and community service.

Michael is first chair alto saxophone for the Collierville High School Wind Ensemble and has been a member of the Collierville High Marching Varsity Band since his freshman year. In 2012, he was selected for the Tennessee All State Band. From 2007 through 2013, he has been perennially selected to represent his school in the All West Tennessee Band and the All West Tennessee Orchestra. Michael is a multi-talented musician, with skills to play both alto saxophone and violin in various bands and orchestras. Michael also serves his church as the worship leader, lead vocalist and lead guitarist of his church’s praise and worship team and serves as a youth leader mentoring and leading Bible study groups in the church youth program.
