Now in its sixth year, the U.S. Army All-American Marching Band returns to perform during halftime of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. The U.S. Army All-American Marching Band features 125 of the finest high school senior marching musicians and color guard members from across the country.

The U.S. Army All-American Marching Band recognizes the Nation's leading high school band members. These young men and women demonstrate the U.S. Army core values of Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honesty, Integrity and Personal Courage in their everyday lives. Like the U.S. Army All-American football players, the national selection of All-American band members is based on a broad range of attributes that go beyond performance and include qualities such as academic achievement, leadership abilities and community service.

Jaske Goff II started playing percussion instruments when he was five. He is proficient on all major percussion instruments, including snare drum, marimba/keyboard, and timpani. Jay also plays drum set, piano, alto saxophone and guitar. Jay earned an alto saxophone position in the All-West Tennessee Junior Honor Band during his freshman year. Currently, Jay is the principal percussionist and timpanist for the Germantown Youth Symphony Orchestra. Jay was the principal percussionist and section leader in the Memphis Youth Symphony during the 2009-2010 season. He has earned a percussion position in the All-West Tennessee Honor Band/Orchestra during the past six years, earning the top spot in the junior honor band when he was in the sixth grade and top spots in the both the senior band and senior orchestra during the past two years. He earned a percussion spot at the Juilliard Summer Percussion Seminar (2013). He was placed in the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Modern Snare Drum Competition (ASO). He competed in Division II – placing third in 2008 and second in 2010.
