Are you currently serving in the Air Force or Navy? Operation Blue to Green offers you an alternative to civilian life. Operation Blue to Green will allow you to continue to serve your country, to maintain the benefits of military service, and to expand your horizons by gaining new training and trying new things.
Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS)
The Army is partnered with over 250 civilian companies that value the skills and motivation that Soldiers possess and want Soldiers in their future workforce. This program gives you the opportunity to choose one of these partner companies as part of your Army enlistment and receive hiring preference at that company following your military service.
The Army now offers home school graduates who qualify the same enlistment incentives as traditional high school graduates, including cash bonuses up to $40,000 for enlistments of three or more years and the Army College Fund, which provides up to $81,756 for college.
