Lache Seastrunk talks about his experience at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
Today's Thursday, day four. Super cold. Hoodied up. Sweat pants-ed up. Well this was certainly, certainly, certainly not Texas weather, but it was okay, we got through... we fought hard, we practiced hard in the cold weather. That's what makes us a very strong West team.
With no fumbled snaps today, we looking pretty... we looking really, really good. I can't wait to play in the game. I've got a great feeling about the game. I'm ready to light it up.
My hero - I met my hero. He's awesome. He's got an awesome family, he's - I'm looking to take some wisdom from him, hoping to get his number and stay in touch with him... I can talk to him, touch base with him, ask how he's doing so he can be a fan of where ever I go.
Hi I'm Lieutenant Ruben Soliz, Jr. I am here with Lache Seastrunk, the number one pick for the 10th Anniversary All American Bowl. He'll be running back for the West.
It's a great opportunity to be here as the uh... as a soldier hero. Being with the athletes, it shows a combination of great teams working together. So it's teamwork at its best here at the All American Bowl.
