Private Taylor Geedey answers Nathan from Blountville, Tennessee who asks; "Do you workout everyday and does the Army change you?"
My name is Private Taylor Geedey from Motne, Pennsylvania and I'm answering a question from Nathan from Blountville, Tennessee. His question is; "Do you workout everyday and does the Army change you?"
In the Army you will workout about 95 percent of the time while you are in basic. Either, you'll be in the PT field and you'll be doing exercise with the rest of your company or you'll be doing different kinds of runs and situations where you have to workout with your team and everyone. And then the last five percent will either be ruck marching with all your equipment on there and everything and you'll do a three mile, five mile, seven mile, 10 mile march and you'll get the exercise from that. And the Army will change you in a way mentally and physically. You'll come here mentally if you're not as mentally strong as another person you're battle buddy will help you out get mentally tough and learn to live on your own, and learn different values. Physically you'll show up out of shape and you'll get in shape after your drill sergeants are done with you. They really work and push you hard in training.
