Inside the Band

Soldier's advise about joining an Army Band.

Edwards: I would tell them to do it. If they’re at all interested in music, if they’ve ever had the dream of being a rock star. That’s everyone’s dream really, especially bass guitar players, guitar players, drummers you want to be that rock star up on stage, you’ll get to do it.
Jimenez: Just to start reading right now, just to get any book he can and just any method book would help him out tremendously. That’s a lot of guitar plays were awesome. But they can, weren’t doing very well school or audition because that particular portion.
Stephens: If you worked at things that you can control and you really nailed those down then you’ll be fine.
Jump: The time is now, it’s not as difficult as you might think it is and it’s what a great experience. There’s so many ways that you can try to describe it but you can’t know until you join how fun and real and exciting and the opportunities that you’re going to have to do it. But it’s a leap of faith.
Edwards: So if you love music I would say this is this is the way to go, you’ll be able to support yourself, support your family and do what you love to do.
