Sergeant Andrew Kilgore from Columbia, South Carolina answers Austin from Florida, who asks; "What types of electronics are allowed to have with you in Iraq?"

Hi, I am Sergeant Andrew Kilgore from Columbia, South Carolina; I've a question here from Austin from Florida. The question is; "What type of electronics are allowed to have with you in Iraq?"
Well Austin, the Army really wants you to have fun even though you're deployed here in Iraq. We have, we get to bring our personal computers, play games on all the time. We can look on the Internet all the time. They have Internet Cafes where we can come and look on general computers for anything we need, go to school or to check emails with our family and friends. We can also bring our own TVs. Bring our own TVs you can buy one here, you can get an Xbox, play station; you can get any type of the game consoles you want. Because even though you're here in Iraq and we're doing a hard job and it's hot and it's dirty and grimy we're here to support you and this is the one thing we get to have from home. These electronics, fun things help give us a little piece of home.
