RACING EPISODE 06

Strength in Teamwork

Did you give us all the same engine package, did you give us all the same shocks and springs. But the biggest way to gain an edge is with the people.

You have to have a chemistry on the team where they can all get along. You know you have seven or eight guys that travel around the country together, you know they drive together, go to the races together, work together all day.

Everybody feeds off each other and its always in a positive manner.

We don’t beat them down with things that aren’t right. We understand they’re working as hard as they can and we’ll figure it out.

Surround yourself by great people and great things will happen.

The armed forces are dealing with a lot more people that we are with a lot different personalities.

But the thing we have in common is how to work together as a group and how to accomplish our goals collectively as a group working with the people around us.

This team has been known always known for being better under pressure. We understand how to do it we understand how to recognize a great moment how to prepare for it and how to be army strong.
