- Determine personnel requirements, establish work priorities, organize work schedules, assign duties and instruct subordinates in work techniques and procedures
- Review cyclic and other reports to assess systems performance
- Maintain liaison with servicing data processing facility and field managers of interfaced systems
- Prepare and monitor plans for supporting mobilization
